Amandine OGOUBI AKILOTAN

Member of the Paris Bar, Maître Amandine Ogoubi Akilotan is trained in public and private international law, from advice to litigation, in France and abroad. She offers Overall advice, assistance and defense in the fields of business law (corporate, commercial) and litigation, with a particular focus on arbitration and mediation. She has regularly been involved in complex projects as well as pre-litigation and/or litigation files relating to operations in West Africa. She has extensive knowledge of the legal, social, economic and political context in Ivory Coast, notably with the Arbitration Centre of the OHADA Common Court of Justice and Arbitration.

Mindful of the difficulties encountered by diplomats and civil administrators, Maitre Amandine Ogoubi Akilotan assists them in their plans to settle and stay in their host country. She also provides assistance and rigorous, effective defense of the interests of embassies and consulates.

Since 2019, she has been working as a political strategist, supporting women politicians, whether candidates or elected, in defining their vision, campaign focus and political discourse.
